My name is Roger Sassine.
I am a descendant of Joseph Elias Sassine and Rosa Nabbout. They came from the town of Bsarme(?). The first port they reached in America was Boston. Part of the family went to Ashland, Ky and our great grand parents immigrated in the island of Haiti.
Looking at the picture of your grand mother I was amazed at the ressemblance to my great grand mother Rosa who was always also wearing dark glasses but due to her blindness.

U brought tears to my eyes Sassine...there is nothing more precious than our home country...
